With 25+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and strategic planning at leading Indian pharma companies, Pranav brings deep understanding of the industry's commercial challenges. His career journey spans from trainee to Executive Director roles, with expertise in therapy area entry, market expansion, first-to-market launches, M&A due diligence & integration, and portfolio strategy across CNS, CVD, Diabetes, and Dermatology segments. This deep operational expertise—from field sales management to marketing to strategic planning—provides unique insights into solving pharma's real commercial challenges.
Recognizing AI's transformative potential for pharma, Pranav dedicated himself to intensive upskilling in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in pharmaceutical business after stepping away from corporate roles in 2025. This unique combination of decades of pharma expertise with fresh AI knowledge led him to found Impactplus—bridging the gap between AI's promise and pharma's ground reality.
He holds a PGDBM in Marketing from JIMS, Delhi, and B.Pharma from Pune University. Pranav believes every growth-focused Indian pharma company deserves practical AI solutions that drive measurable results, not just theoretical frameworks.

Kajal Mehta

Kajal holds an MCA degree and has over 20 years of experience teaching computer science, including the last 3 years focused on AI.
She has taught a wide range of learners—from higher secondary students to engineering graduates and working professionals.
This deep teaching experience shaped Impactplus's founding philosophy: AI tools for pharma should be easy for anyone to use, not just tech experts.
Mihir Joshi
Technology Architect
Mihir brings 5+ years of IT expertise spanning AI systems, enterprise software, and technology consulting. He is Founder of 4Bit Technology (end-to-end IT consultancy) and Co-Founder of EnrollUp - vertical of Kwickprep Education Services LLP (business management solutions for coaching institutes).
His technical foundation includes B.Tech in Computer Engineering (GTU) and MBA in IT & Systems Management (NMIMS). Expertise spans AI platform development, LMS/ERP implementation, web/mobile development, and SaaS solutions.
At EnrollUp, Mihir led technology strategy, implementing custom management systems that drove operational efficiency. Previously, he served as Project Management Consultant at TheTechUnity (Canada), managing complex IT projects and client relationships across industries.
At Impactplus, Mihir oversees technical architecture and implementation of AI strategy—ensuring solutions are technologically advanced yet practically deployable for pharmaceutical companies.
